Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Digital Rajbhar. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your relationship with us and outline the responsibilities of both parties.


1. Payment & Refund Policy

1.1 Payment Terms:

  • All services require full or partial advance payment before any work begins, as specified in the proposal or invoice.

  • Payments must be made through accepted modes: bank transfer, UPI, online gateways, or as mutually agreed.

1.2 Refund Policy:

  • Before project processing begins: A full refund will be issued if the client cancels before the service begins.

  • After project processing has started: A 20% deduction will be applied to cover consultation, admin, and setup costs. The remaining amount will be refunded.

  • No refund will be issued once the execution stage or delivery of service has begun.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted within 7 days of payment.


2. EMI & Commitment Policy

2.1 EMI Terms:

  • Clients can opt for EMI (Easy Monthly Installments) on select service packages.

  • The standard EMI duration is 6 months, unless otherwise stated in writing.

2.2 EMI Commitment:

  • Once the EMI plan is started, the client agrees to complete the entire 6-month payment cycle.

  • Discontinuing or failing to pay EMIs before term completion will be considered a breach of agreement.

2.3 Default Handling:

  • Any EMI payment delayed beyond 3 days will be treated as default.

  • In such cases, Digital Rajbhar Agency reserves the right to:

    • Suspend all ongoing services immediately.

    • Impose late fees or penalties,

    • Take legal action to recover pending dues.


3. Session Recording Policy

  • All sessions (calls, consultations, meetings) may be recorded for quality control, proof of communication, and internal tracking.

  • By using our services, clients consent to such recordings.

  • All recordings will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless legally required or mutually agreed.

  • If a client prefers not to be recorded, they must inform us in writing before the session.


4. Scope of Work

  • All deliverables, timelines, and project scope will be defined in the initial proposal or service agreement.

  • Digital Rajbhar Agency is not obligated to perform any service that is not explicitly mentioned in the scope.

  • Any additional work requested beyond the defined scope will require a separate agreement and may incur additional charges.


5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are required to provide timely access to necessary materials, approvals, passwords, and information to prevent project delays.

  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect client input may impact project deadlines, for which Digital Rajbhar Agency is not responsible.


6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials created (designs, campaigns, content, etc.) remain the property of Digital Rajbhar Agency until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, rights to final deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

  • Digital Rajbhar Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio for marketing purposes.


7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary data, credentials, documents, and conversations exchanged during the project.

  • Digital Rajbhar Agency ensures all client data is handled securely and complies with relevant data protection laws.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • Digital Rajbhar Agency will not be liable for any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from delays, errors, or interruptions in service.

  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., first-page ranking, number of leads, or conversions) unless explicitly mentioned in the proposal.


9. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the contract with 3 days’ written notice.

  • In case of termination by the client, no refund will be provided for the work completed or in progress.

  • Digital Rajbhar reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment, breach of agreement, or unethical conduct.


10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab.


11. Service Delivery Timelines

  • Project timelines are approximate and may vary based on complexity, third-party delays, or client response times.

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing info) will not be considered project delays from our end.

  • Revisions or scope changes may affect timelines.


12. Revisions & Feedback Policy

  • Service packages include a limited number of revisions, clearly mentioned at the time of onboarding.

  • Additional revisions or major changes outside of scope will be charged separately.

  • Clients must provide feedback within 3 business days; failure to do so may result in project closure or continuation based on existing direction.


13. Force Majeure

  • Digital Rajbhar Agency shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its control, including:

    • Natural disasters, internet outages, war, terrorism, governmental restrictions, pandemics, or labor strikes.

  • In such events, services may be paused or rescheduled without liability.
